Here you have blocks for each day.
Do the following every day:
• watch the video. be focused.
• then write a short paragraph of your thoughts, insists, complaints, or anything related to the given subject. and send it to Andrey.
• finally, send Andrey an English voice message with a brief discussion of the subject.
you may repeat what you wrote, but without direct looking at the text.
The month of such daily practice is going to change your listening, speaking, and writing skills dramatically.

Day 1
Everybody is familiar with the feeling that things are not as they should be. That you are not successful enough, your relationships not satisfying enough. That you don’t have the things you crave.

In this video, we want to talk about one of the strongest predictors of how happy people are, how easily they make friends, and how good they are at dealing with hardship. An antidote against dissatisfaction so to speak: Gratitude.
After watching the video, you should write and speak:
you decide the order to do so.
While some people find it easier to speak the idea and then put it to paper, others prefer to write the text first.
Day 2
For this video, you will have an extra task: despite your regular voice and text, you also need to describe how to agitate the film properly.
Don't forget: text and voice of any thoughts: what do you think of film photography? / do you consider having such a lab? / what do you feel about Willem Verbeeck (the YouTuber from the video) / how hard it was to get what he was saying?
